Shames Mountain is a ski area in the Coast Mountains of northern British Columbia, Canada, about 35 km west of Terrace. It has 1,600 ft of vertical, from a 2,300 ft base to a 3,900 ft summit, across 252 skiable acres. Three lifts serve 28 runs, the longest of which is 2.5 miles, and the area includes natural glades alongside the cut trails. Annual snowfall averages 480 inches. The mountain has operated since the early 1990s, runs a winter schedule that varies by month, and is on the Indy Pass.
